We are now open and can’t wait to see you.
But what do you need to know? What’s new? How is your visit going to look and feel?
To book an appointment at the moment you will need to telephone the salon. We are busy so possibly won’t be able to answer the phone so please leave us a message and we will call you back ASAP. We hope to have our online booking back up and running very soon.
The day before your appointment we will call you to check that neither you or any member of your household are showing symptoms of Covid.
When you attend your appointment you will need to wear a face covering.
Once at the salon you will need to press the door buzzer to gain entrance. This is so that we can maintain social distancing within the salon.
Please arrive at your treatment time, I know it’s tempting to come early and have a relax but just for the time being we are limiting the number of people in the salon at any one time to maintain social distancing.
We ask that you attend your appointment alone and bring minimal belongings with you. Unfortunately phones cannot be used in the salon whilst having your treatment.
When you come in to the salon you will be asked to hang up your own coat and then be directed to a hand basin to wash your hands.
Before entering reception you will also be asked to use hand sanitiser.
I will be wearing my face mask and visor depending on what treatment you are having.
Before we start your treatment I will wash my hands and use sanitiser. Depending on your treatment I may wash my hands several times during your treatment but I certainly will at the end of your treatment before we move back into reception.
All linens used during your treatment will be freshly laundered just for your use.
All tools used will be sterilised for your personal treatment.
All equipment will be either single use or disinfected between clients.
Our treatment couches and manicure stations will be disenfected in between clients.
Magazines and product brochures have been removed, but please feel to bring your own reading material.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer you tea or coffee, only water.
At the end of your treatment we ask that you pay by card where possible.
I know all this sounds daunting but trust me a lot of this went on before Coronavirus even showed it’s ugly head so it’s second nature to us already. The new bits will be a learning curve for all of us and undoubtedly we will get slicker at it all as the weeks go on, but rest assured what does wait for you is a very warm welcome.
