With the evolving situation in the UK I would just like to say at this time we are OPEN for business as usual.
We have put extra hygiene procedures in place for your and our safety. Our front door will remain locked and you will only gain access if you have a pre booked appointment. To gain access please just ring our doorbell and we will buzz you in.
Any general enquires, gift voucher purchases, product sales will need to be done over the phone or via our website.
Once in the salon you will be asked to wash your hands before entering reception or any of our treatment areas. We have removed our couch covers and these have been replaced by two layers of paper couch roll so that it can be thrown away after use and the couch can be fully sanitised. All towels etc will continue to be washed at 60 degrees, but where possible we have changed to disposable items.
We are spacing our clients appointments further apart so that you will only come in contact with us not other clients, and once you leave, all areas of contact such as bannister rails will be sanitised before the next persons arrival.
So, please do continue to come to us for your treatments, we have your health and safety at the front of our concerns, however if you or any member of your household is feeling unwell or showing signs of infection, if you have returned from an infected country etc in the last 14 days then please do not attend your appointment, there will be NO cancellation fee for late cancellation.
We are all in this together and by taking care of ourselves and looking after each other we will get through it, hopefully sooner rather than later.
